No, I've never been pregnant. However, I don't have to be an experienced mother to know the importance of Family Planning. My point is... EDUCATE YOURSELF! Whether your pregnancy was planned or not, learn more about birth defects, because it may become a part of your reality. You just never know.
At the point of pregnancy, it's no longer just about you, so please get prenatal care, PLEASE! Besides, this month is Birth Defect Prevention Month =)
