ABCD...PTSD

June is PTSD Awareness Month! PTSD is an acronym for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. It's a type of anxiety disorder, usually present in individuals who experienced traumatic events in their life. Traumatic events can vary from assault, rape, and domestic abuse to terrorism and prison stays.

I posted this just to remind my readers to be considerate of others. You never know what the person next to you has endured. So, please slow your roll in the Judgmental Department. Thanks!

See you, soon!!!

Injustice is unhealthy

Injustice is not only unfair, but it's unhealthy as well.  Almost everything about injustice, ranging from stress to death, negatively impacts one's overall health.  Still, I am waiting on a rationale explanation for Trayvon Martin's death; the way the police department handled his death reminds me of the way my Uncle Kenny bled to death, because the deputies failed to search for him...

Meanwhile, my pen is in hand.  In other words, this is a heads up on my upcoming article about Trayvon Martin's death.

Despite the controversy and my very opinionated nature, something clearly stinks about this case...

Justice, where are you?
